Based in Billerica, you will drive medium- and long-range capacity plans, support NPI, and lead footprint optimization to align manufacturing with growth and customer commitments. You’ll partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to develop models, run scenario analyses, and prepare executive-ready recommendations on capacity investments, risk management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical, mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, supply chain, capacity planning, or global manufacturing strategy.
• Strong skills in capacity modeling, demand forecasting, ROI/cost modeling, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medium- and long-range capacity plans aligned with growth and demand.
• Lead global footprint and network optimization initiatives for capacity scaling.
• Evaluate site readiness, equipment, labor, and capital needs for expansions and transfers.
• Provide data-driven analyses and executive-ready recommendations on capacity investments and risk management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Business Units to align capabilities with strategy.
