Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Materials Manager II at our Erie, PA site to lead the materials organization and drive inventory, flow, and supplier performance. The role interfaces with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Corporate Supply Chain to improve safety, delivery, cost, and cash flow.

The ideal candidate has senior-level materials leadership, ERP/MRP proficiency, and a track record of optimizing inventory and supplier performance in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in materials management, supply chain, purchasing, inventory planning, scheduling, or logistics in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing planning, purchasing, or materials teams.
• Experience with engineered-to-order, make-to-order, assembly-to-order or mixed manufacturing environments preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading supplier management, inventory optimization, forecasting, and SIOP processes.
• Strong ERP understanding including MRP, purchasing, inventory management, and scheduling functionality.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, and Logistics professionals to define and execute the site's materials strategy.
• Manages inventory performance, including availability, value, accuracy, excess, and turns.
• Sets inventory strategies, replenishment, safety stock, and planning parameters for all components.
• Owns SIOP materials planning, capacity planning, availability, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Supports Operations and Plant Manager in assessing supply chain risks and countermeasures.
• Aligns demand, production schedules, and supplier capabilities for on-time delivery.
