Job summary

Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO seeks a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to provide strategic leadership across warehouse, inventory control, and logistics to support production and customer needs.

You will lead KPI development, drive lean improvements, manage a team of supervisors and forklift operators, and ensure ISO/safety compliance while partnering with procurement and planning to optimize material flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, inventory management, or logistics within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SyteLine).
• Thorough understanding of warehouse safety and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the warehouse and logistics strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee receiving, storage, kitting, picking, shipping and internal movements.
• Drive lean initiatives to improve efficiency, cost, and service levels.
• Collaborate with procurement, planning and production to optimize material flow.
