The Materials Manager leads and develops the purchasing team and oversees all aspects of SENS’s materials operations. This role ensures the effective execution of the material plan, maintaining uninterrupted production flow, and supporting on time customer shipments. The manager is responsible for ensuring accurate purchasing methods and MRP data, strengthening supply chain resilience, reducing material costs, and driving high inventory turns across a diverse portfolio of more than 2,000 stocked components, including electronic components, PCB assemblies, custom sheet metal, castings, cable assemblies, breakers, and other specialized materials. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to stay ahead of economic, industrial, and market trends that influence pricing, availability, and risk.
