Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required.
• Minimum 5–8 years related experience or higher qualifications as noted.
• Experience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives with measurable results.
• Proficient in PDCA, A3 thinking, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational performance.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Workshops, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Improve manufacturing flow through line balancing, standardized work, pull systems, and WIP optimization.
• Partner with production leadership to improve throughput and capacity.
• Coach teams on Lean tools and problem-solving methodologies.
• Collaborate with EHSS, Quality, Manufacturing Operations, Process, Equipment & Industrial Engineering, and MES.
