Job summary

Dexcom, a leader in continuous glucose monitoring, seeks a Warehouse Operations Leader in Mesa, AZ to oversee receiving, inventory, and shipping with a focus on accuracy and timely fulfillment.

You will drive safety, train staff, and implement Lean/continuous improvement while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and providing operator training.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Project management experience required; strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and regulatory awareness (ISO/FDA/HIPAA/OSHA).
• Handling temperature-sensitive materials and driving operational excellence in a fast-growing environment.

Conduct regular training sessions, safety audits, and maintain open communication channels to ensure safety protocols are understood and followed.Enhance processes, eliminate redundancies, and improve material flow to boost productivity, quality, and safety.Execute functions that influence logistics excellence, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.Promote best practices and high performance in alignment with the Global Logistics Strategy and company growth objectives.Develop and lead a high-performing team in alignment with Dexcom's core values and culture. This involves recruiting and retaining top talent, providing ongoing training and development opportunities, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Collaborate with various functional teams and stakeholders to establish best practices and sustain performance aligned with business objectives.Achieve productivity, accuracy, quality, safety, and site KPIs by implementing effective strategies and best practices.
