Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
• 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and providing operator training.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse distribution operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping.
• Foster safety culture with ongoing training, audits, and open communication on protocols.
• Improve processes, reduce redundancies, and optimize material flow for productivity and safety.
• Lead planning and execution for growth and Logistics/Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with Dexcom values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain performance and meet KPIs.
