Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Leader for the Logistics Excellence team in Mesa, AZ. You will drive process excellence across receiving, inventory, and distribution, coaching teams to implement DMAIC and Kaizen methods to reduce waste and improve service levels.

You will lead cross-functional projects, manage cost transformation initiatives, and mentor Lean Six Sigma bench strength while aligning with regulatory and QMS requirements. 15–25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of related experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt within 6 months.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma and process-excellence initiatives to achieve Logistics Excellence.
• Design, validate, and share end-to-end logistics processes across receiving, inventory, pick/pack/ship, transportation and compliance.
• Apply DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, value-stream mapping, Kanban, and root-cause analysis to reduce variation and waste.
• Analyze processes and data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage cost-transformation plans and report benefits to leadership while meeting regulatory requirements.
