Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Marysville, WA is seeking a logistics specialist to serve as the main liaison for parts and materials to support manufacturing. You will troubleshoot inventory, shipping and receiving issues, coordinate with Planning, Warehouse and Modification teams, and ensure on-time delivery of materials for hangar and shop floor activities.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, kit preparation, and support for AOG events and engineering revisions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred with 3 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in Aerospace industry highly preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, write, and verbally communicate).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance and ability to perform tasks on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Receive material requests and coordinate delivery with appropriate personnel.
• Troubleshoot and disposition receiving/grief issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting.
• Assist Warehouse Lead in prioritization, coordination and delivery of parts kits to hangar/shop floor.
• Organize kits/materials on hangar/shop floor for production use.
• Support AOG and engineering revisions as necessary.
• Responsible for shipping, receiving and issuing materials.
