Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Logistics Services Coordinator to support the RMR Receiving and Inventory Team at the Troy Hill Campus, serving the Elkridge and Halethorpe, Maryland locations.

You will utilize computer systems to track and report, receive materials from customers/vendors, and coordinate with the Government Property warehouse while ensuring audit compliance and adherence to security requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years in receiving, inventory control or logistics.
• Able to obtain and maintain a forklift operating license.
• Experience and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.
• Receive incoming materials from customers and vendors.
• Process Material Receipts, verifies documents, and reports discrepancies in GOLDesp.
• Coordinate deliveries and material requests with the Government Property warehouse.
• Execute process compliance during internal and external audits
