Job summary

Canyon AeroConnect is seeking a Materials Handler III in Prescott, AZ to manage receiving, stocking, shipping, and storage of parts in an aerospace setting, ensuring traceability in our ERP system.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery, performing daily cycle counts, preparing shipping documents, verifying received goods against orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience.
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross functional groups to ensure on time delivery to customer.
• Receive, stock, and move inspected parts in the warehouse.
• Record receipts/issues in ERP and ensure traceability.
• Prepare shipping documents and labels for orders.
• Verify incoming shipments against orders and bills.
• Daily cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
