Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Material Handler III for a client in Prescott, AZ. The role involves receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, distribution and storage of materials, with an hourly pay range of $21–$23.

The candidate will coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure on-time deliveries and maintain accurate ERP transactions. Minimum education is a High School diploma with several years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) and 4 years related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of stockroom, receiving, shipping and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross functional groups to ensure on time delivery to customer.
• Bring inspected parts into the correct warehouse using the receiver number from supplier.
• Stocking of parts and proper transaction of receipts/issues in ERP System.
• Label parts to maintain traceability for storage and shipping of product.
• Prepare shipping documents and mailing labels ensuring orders are filled correctly.
