Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Sr. Manager, Materials Fulfillment to lead material availability and support production across the manufacturing operation in Fort Worth, TX.

You will guide the Planner/Buyer team, ensuring CTB readiness, safety stock fulfillment, and on-time supplier delivery (S-OTD). You will own RAW DOH, E&O inventory metrics, and maintain MRP data integrity while partnering with Materials Planning, Production Control, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing Operations to remove

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in Materials Planning, Production Control, or related field in manufacturing.
• 5+ years with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• 5+ years managing raw inventory and supply constraints.
• 3+ years leading Planner/Buyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planner/Buyer organization and daily priorities to ensure material availability.
• Drive CTB execution and mitigate shortages to avoid production interruptions.
• Manage Safety Stock fulfillment and PFEP replenishment strategies.
• Monitor S-OTD and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and procurement.
• Oversee MRP discipline and data integrity in ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove material constraints.
• Identify supply chain risks and establish recovery plans.
