Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Expeditor Lead to serve as the main liaison between production teams and inventory control, ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time to support uninterrupted operations.

The ideal candidate will coordinate workflow, track material movement, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, leveraging SAP/ERP systems, RF scanning, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating production materials and inventory control.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and RF tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main communication link between production teams and inventory control.
• Ensure materials are released, staged, and delivered on time to production areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or risks to supply chain teams.
• Track material movement to ensure accuracy between records and production usage.
• Prioritize and expedite material requests based on schedules and urgency.
• Coordinate timely flow of materials to prevent delays or bottlenecks.
• Verify delivered materials meet specifications, quantities, and quality requirements.
