Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Inventory Liaison to ensure accuracy in SAP and support stockroom, RTS, and receiving activities. You’ll handle cycle counts, material movements, and coordination with production control to resolve shortages.

Under supervision, you will perform multiple inventory-related tasks, maintain organized stock areas, and ensure adherence to ISO procedures for receiving and shipping. This is an on-site role requiring attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems for material movements.
• Ability to verify counts, reconcile variances, and document discrepancies.
• Comfort with RF scanners, packing, receiving, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Stockroom and RTS: store and verify materials in SAP with RF scans.
• Pull kits, count and verify shortages, and maintain accurate records.
• Count materials from line and ensure system accuracy.
• Support receiving, inspection, and disposition of materials per ISO procedures.
• Assist shipping with documentation and carrier coordination.
