Job summary

Woojin IS America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Material Handler to manage material control, inventory, and warehouse operations for rail projects.

The role requires ownership and accuracy in receipts, storage, and distribution of materials and tools to support production schedules. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in material handling, strong ERP or inventory system skills, forklift operation, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics training preferred.
• At least 5 years of material handling, warehouse operations, inventory control, or material management experience.
• Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems and forklift operation.
• Bilingual English/Korean is a plus and good communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping records.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions; conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Stage and deliver materials to production areas per work orders and schedules; minimize shortages.
• Manage tools and equipment check-in/check-out; ensure proper storage and counts.
• Operate forklifts and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
