Job summary

Raytheon, located onsite in Tucson, Arizona, seeks a Senior Manager, Material Program Management (MPM) to drive the Tomahawk Missile Program material strategy within Naval Power. You will coordinate with PMO, CGO and customer representatives to ensure timely delivery of material requirements and manage supplier engagements for multi-year production.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 10+ years experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience leading procurement processes and projects.
• Experience with proactive supplier management and recovery efforts.
• Experience managing a team or cross-functional project.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop material strategies to support Tomahawk production.
• Develop PO burndown plans to monitor material orders.
• Oversee financial management of material including CAM/EV reporting and EAC development.
• Identify staffing gaps and strategies to address.
• Perform other reasonable duties as required.
