Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a highly motivated Senior Planner to own finished goods supply planning, including generic Rx, branded, and non‑Rx products. You will determine order mix and quantities to meet sales and inventory goals while optimizing storage and capital, building tools and metrics to improve operations planning.

You will partner with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance to balance service levels with inventory investment, track performance, and communicate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply or inventory planning, preferably finished goods in regulated environments.
• 3+ years with ERP, planning, and replenishment systems.

Responsibilities

• Own buying recommendations for finished goods based on reorder points, safety stock, and demand forecast.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning to flag forecast changes and align on risks/opportunities.
• Plan inventory across multiple sites and optimize PO reroutes to prevent shortages.
• Perform weekly inventory reconciliations and track Weeks of Cover, E&O, and inventory turns.
• Identify gaps in planning processes and partner with analytics to automate reporting.
