Hims & Hers Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Planner to own finished goods supply planning across generic Rx, branded, and non-Rx products. You will build tools, metrics, and processes to optimize inventory, balance service levels, and support sales and inventory goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supply or inventory planning in regulated environments, a Bachelor's degree, ERP/SQL experience, and strong communication to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply or inventory planning, ideally finished goods in a regulated environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field as a minimum requirement.
• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems, planning systems and replenishment systems.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including lookups and PivotTables.
• SQL experience preferred; BigQuery a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own buying recommendations for finished goods based on reorder points, safety stock, and demand forecast.
• Partner with Demand Planning to flag forecast changes affecting the supply plan.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on supplier allocations, MOQs, and lead times.
• Plan inventory across multiple sites and balance stock to prevent shortages.
• Perform weekly inventory reconciliations and maintain accurate data.
• Track Weeks of Cover, E&O, and inventory turns; drive corrective actions.
• Balance service level against inventory investment and communicate impact to Finance.
• Track expirations, NDC changes, and SKU transitions; coordinate product cutovers.
• Document risks from inventory levels including disposals and shortages.
• Present recommendations to Ops Planning leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Identify gaps in planning processes and automate reporting and buying recommendations.
• Mentor other planners and set planning standards.
