Hims & Hers Health, Inc. seeks a highly motivated Manager, Production Planning to lead our planning team for non-sterile compounded production. You will translate demand forecasts and inventory policies into a rolling, executable plan and drive actions to resolve capacity gaps.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in production or capacity planning, strong leadership, and expertise in Excel, SQL, and Python. You will collaborate across operations, procurement, and quality to optimize delivery.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in production planning or related fields with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM/Operations/Industrial Engineering; APICS CPIM a plus.
• Experience building capacity models and presenting investment decisions to senior leaders.
• Proficient in inventory management and understanding financial implications.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or pharmacy production is a plus.
• Excel proficiency with Lookups, PivotTables, external data connections.
• Basic SQL and/or Python experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and develop the team of production planners and maintain coverage.
• Develop mid- and long-term production plans for non-sterile compounded products aligned with demand.
• Define planning horizons and publish the plan on a fixed schedule.
• Manage finished goods inventory within company guidance and meet click-to-deliver metrics.
• Develop what-if scenarios to identify capacity gaps and constraints.
• Document risks from capacity constraints and revise plans when needed.
• Recommend actions to close gaps including training, hiring, overtime, outsourcing.
• Collaborate with Ops, HR, and Quality to implement actions.
• Monitor plan attainment, forecast accuracy, and capacity utilization; analyze variances.
• Use production data to update planning standards and capacity models.
• Work cross-functionally with demand planning, procurement, and materials to ensure availability.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to communicate plan status to leadership.
