Job summary

New Balance is seeking a Global Supply Planner in Lawrence, MA to optimize the balance of customer service and loading for sourced apparel suppliers. You will analyze, coordinate, and implement loading plans aligned with demand, fill rates, and manufacturing constraints.

You will participate in cross-functional planning, lead production ramp plans for new styles, and collaborate with overseas partners to ensure timely shipments and market readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 2–5 years in supply chain preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Excel, ERP/SCP, PLM, BI, and PO management.

Responsibilities

• Own the 0–6 month loading strategy for several sourced apparel suppliers.
• Coordinate with overseas order management and production teams on factory constraints.
• Use capacity and forecasting tools to load factories, improve margins, and hit launch objectives.
• Align with demand and inventory teams to execute end-to-end strategies for NB Apparel products.
• Create production ramp plans for new style introductions.
• Represent supply planning at weekly Global Business Unit operations meetings.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales Ops, Customer Service, Development, and Logistics.
• Provide leadership with feedback on planning challenges.
