Job summary

Amazon Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager for OMHS leads end-to-end material handling implementations across the network, partnering with WWDE, Operations Engineering, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to standardize delivery.

You will own the project lifecycle from initiation through commissioning, define deployment standards, mentor teams, manage budgets and schedules, and drive KPI-driven performance while balancing speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in complex facilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across multiple teams.
• Experience with projects up to $40M in construction/material handling.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (as needed).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end material handling system implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors across lifecycle stages.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
• Define technical standards and deployment playbooks for programs.
• Mitigate technical risks and ensure scalable, reliable delivery.
