Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Madison, WI seeks a Material Handler III to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control for pharmaceutical fill/finish operations. You will ensure documentation, schedules, and temperature controlled shipments meet strict cGMP standards while coordinating with transportation providers.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, knowledge of temperature sensitive shipping, and ERP software familiarity.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience preferred.
Knowledge of transporting temperature sensitive materials required.
Ability to prioritize, make good decisions and multi-task.
Intermediate math and computer skills; good written and oral communication.
Self-motivated, reliable, follows instructions with minimal guidance.
Willing to put the team first and understand cGMP safety policies.
Valid driver's license; DOT/IATA training or ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle shipping including documentation, schedules and inventory control.
Oversee Receiving and Inventory Control and Shipping.
Lead continuous improvement projects for shipping methods.
Load/unload materials between dock and truck; manage temperature sensitive shipments.
Prepare WIP and lot-specific kits for Manufacturing.
Maintain inventory logs and report discrepancies; perform cycle counts.
Ensure proper storage, labeling and segregation of materials; manage nonconforming materials.
Attend DOT and IATA training as required.
