Planet Pharma is seeking a Materials Handler in Madison to manage inventory, pick/pack shipments, and support warehouse operations. You will follow FEFO procedures, handle work orders, and ensure accurate documentation for domestic and international shipments.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in shipping/materials operations, familiarity with warehouse equipment, and basic software like Excel and JD Edwards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• 1–2 years of relevant shipping/materials operations experience.
• Experience with handheld scanners, forklifts and pallet jacks preferred.
• Pharma or food manufacturing/cGMP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar inventory systems preferred.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Teams knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Using FEFO, pick, stock, verify, and deliver materials as needed.
• Accurately pick, pack, ship and document orders to meet fulfillment.
• Manage work orders: printing, picking, staging, issuing, closing.
• Support column crating and lab materials replenishment reports.
• Assist with freezer/cooler PMs as needed.
• Communicate and resolve PO issues promptly.
• Aim for zero shipping errors and inventory variances.
• Monitor shipments for damage and document issues immediately.
• Travel between Madison locations and participate in on-call rotations.
