Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Material Handler for a fast-paced cold chain manufacturing environment. You will operate a stand-up forklift, verify shipments, and manage materials to support production while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years forklift experience, knowledge of shipping/receiving, and the ability to work with scanners and WMS systems in a cold/freezer setting. This is not an entry-level role.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of forklift experience, stand-up preferred.
• Proven shipping/receiving and warehouse operations experience.
• Ability to operate scanners or WMS systems independently.
• Strong inventory accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in cold/freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers with accurate product verification (SKU, quantity, condition).
• Execute shipping/receiving processes, including BOL documentation.
• Perform system transactions using scanners/WMS with high accuracy.
• Stage, move, and store materials to support production flow.
• Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
