Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Material Handler for a fast-paced cold chain manufacturing environment. You will operate a stand-up forklift, verify shipments, and manage materials to support production while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years forklift experience, knowledge of shipping/receiving, and the ability to work with scanners and WMS systems in a cold/freezer setting. This is not an entry-level role.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of forklift experience, stand-up preferred.
• Proven shipping/receiving and warehouse operations experience.
• Ability to operate scanners or WMS systems independently.
• Strong inventory accuracy and attention to detail.

Position Summary

The Material Handler is responsible for the accurate movement, storage, and shipment of finished goods and materials within a fast-paced cold chain manufacturing environment. This role requires proven forklift operation (stand-up preferred), strong inventory accuracy, and experience with shipping/receiving processes and systems. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must be capable of performing core responsibilities with minimal supervision from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift (Raymond or similar) safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trailers with accurate product verification (SKU, quantity, condition)
• Execute shipping and receiving processes, including Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation
• Perform system transactions using scanners/WMS with high accuracy
• Stage, move, and store materials to support production flow
• Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in all work areas

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Level 2–3 Entry)

• 2–4+ years of hands-on forklift experience (stand-up preferred)
• Proven experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse operations
• Ability to use scanners or WMS systems independently
• Demonstrated track record of inventory accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in cold/freezer environments

Hourly Rate $22.50-$24/hour DOE
