Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of hands-on forklift experience (stand-up preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift (Raymond or similar) safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers with accurate product verification (SKU, quantity, condition).
• Execute shipping and receiving processes, including Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation.
• Perform system transactions using scanners/WMS with high accuracy.
• Stage, move, and store materials to support production flow.
• Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in all work areas.

Position Summary

The Material Handler is responsible for the accurate movement, storage, and shipment of finished goods and materials within a fast-paced cold chain manufacturing environment. This role requires proven forklift operation (stand-up preferred), strong inventory accuracy, and experience with shipping/receiving processes and systems. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must be capable of performing core responsibilities with minimal supervision from day one.

Requirements

Hourly Rate $20.00/hour
