Job summary

Stratitia, Inc. seeks a Material Coordinator at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe, to manage material accuracy, records, and supply chain compliance. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, liaise with government customers and contractor teams, and ensure orderly documentation and audit readiness.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and adherence to safety and security training requirements, with a 40-hour work week and hourly compensation aligned to DOL standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of Warehouse Specialist experience.
• Independently organize work and maintain accurate records.
• Experience with manual and computerized inventory and material tracking systems.
• Able to operate a forklift up to 6,000 pounds.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Obtain favorable Public Trust Tier 1 eligibility and access to government systems.
• Complete required security, cybersecurity and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of material within or between departments per schedules and priorities.
• Review production schedules, locate material, initiate requisitions, and set delivery sequences.
• Schedule material transfers and coordinate repair, assembly, and transportation to support production.
• Examine material on delivery for quantities, part numbers, condition, labels and documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready records including packing lists and inventory logs.
• Verify inventory against system records and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform quality-control reviews to prevent downstream impacts.
• Investigate discrepancies and track corrections to closure.
• Monitor open actions, orders, backlogs, and material due-outs.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and participate in briefings and training.
