Crane Aerospace & Electronics in West Caldwell, NJ is seeking a Sr. Master Scheduler to lead the Sales, Operations, and Inventory Planning (SIOP) process and drive on-time delivery.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing and manufacturing to align demand with supply, optimize PFEPs, and improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and OT. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in forecasting and demand planning in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and a track record of cross-functional

Qualifications

• 7+ years in forecasting, demand planning, or statistical analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Access, Project)

Responsibilities

• Lead the SIOP process for assigned product lines to drive forecast accuracy and OT delivery.
• Develop PFEPs and monitor site PFEP execution to meet lead times and inventory goals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to adjust forecasts based on market dynamics and large project buys.
• Align demand forecasts with supply chain capabilities, capacities and lead times.
• Identify gaps in forecasting methodologies and implement solutions to minimize variability.
• Lead cross-functional communications to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
