Job summary

Allmand, a Generac Company, is seeking a seasoned production planning professional to own the master production schedule and coordinate cross‑functional planning. You will balance demand with capacity, monitor inventories, and drive improvements across value streams to meet customer commitments.

Responsibilities include supporting SIOP/IBP processes, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating with operations, procurement, and finance to optimize production readiness and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or related supply chain planning role.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the master production schedule for assigned product groups or value streams.
• Reviews demand, inventory, capacity, material availability, and production constraints to identify imbalances and propose solutions.
• Supports monthly SIOP/IBP preparation and execution with planning analysis and scenarios.
• Partners with operations, procurement, materials, finance, and product management to align plans with demand and capabilities.
• Monitors schedule attainment, forecast consumption, inventory levels, safety stock, and MRP outputs.
• Maintains planning parameters and master data to support accurate outputs.
• Coordinates cross-functional review of supply constraints and inventory actions.
• Supports new product introduction, phase-in/phase-out planning, and milestone reviews.
• Prepares planning reports, dashboards, and summary materials for leadership.
