Job summary

Mini-Circuits in Deer Park, NY, seeks a Master Scheduler to translate validated demand into executable production plans for the High Frequency Modules family. You will balance material, capacity, and customer commitments, coordinating with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales to maintain schedule integrity.

You will own the master production schedule, drive material readiness, review MAPICS/IBM i planning, and support the SAP transition, ensuring on-time availability and optimized

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production planning, master scheduling, or related experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience is REQUIRED.
• MAPICS / IBM i experience or equivalent ERP is preferred.
• Ability to translate demand, inventory, lead-time, and capacity into a plan.
• Strong analytical and scheduling skills with Excel proficiency.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Review MAPICS / IBM i MRP and validated demand to set production quantities and timing for HFM products.
• Develop and maintain the master production schedule with Plant/Line Management and Manufacturing Control.
• Validate and size production lots based on material, routings, and priorities.
• Maintain detailed schedules and use planning tools to forecast completion and stock availability.
• Assess schedule feasibility and adjust plans for capacity, material, or lead time constraints.
• Support scenario planning and communicate risks and recovery plans to stakeholders.
