Job summary

Mini-Circuits is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the HFM production plan, translating demand into executable runs while balancing material and capacity. You will synchronize with Plant/Line Management, Manufacturing Control, Engineering, and Supply Chain to maintain schedule integrity.

Responsibilities include ERP/MAрICS planning, validating runs, maintaining Gantt-based schedules, and supporting the transition to SAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production planning, master scheduling, or related roles in manufacturing.
• Hands-on SAP experience directly relevant to planning and scheduling is REQUIRED.
• Ability to translate demand, inventory, lead-time into an executable plan.
• Strong cross-functional communication and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Review MAPICS/IBM i MRP and validated demand to set production run quantities and timing.
• Develop and communicate the master production schedule with Plant/Line Management.
• Monitor material readiness and drive cross-functional follow-up on shortages.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing Control on risks and recovery plans.
• Support SAP transition design, data validation, training, and cutover readiness.
