Job summary

Amtec Staffing is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to drive production planning and workflow optimization. You will leverage the Made2Manage (M2M) ERP platform to maintain clear, actionable job schedules and maximize operational efficiency for electronics assemblies.

Responsibilities include building schedules, analyzing capacity and load, ensuring on-time delivery, and optimizing ERP tooling. APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is preferred, with 3+ years in electronics manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of master scheduling or production planning in electronics manufacturing (PCBA/OEM/EMS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Made2Manage (M2M) ERP Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling modules.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze manufacturing constraints, lead times, and capacity variables.
• Excellent communication to coordinate priorities between operations, purchasing, and sales.

• Analyze shop-floor capacity, material availability, and machine utilization to optimize throughput.
• Partner with Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to meet lead times and shipping commitments.
• Utilize M2M Advanced Scheduling tools to manage schedule adjustments and minimize bottlenecks.
• Lead schedule review meetings with operations supervisors and project managers.

In this role, you will leverage the Made2Manage (M2M) ERP platform—specifically the Scheduling and Advanced Scheduling modules—to maintain clear, actionable job schedules. Your focus will be maximizing operational efficiency, balancing shop-floor capacity, and ensuring on-time delivery of electronic assemblies to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Master Production Scheduling: Build, maintain, and publish visible production schedules using Made2Manage (M2M) ERP modules.
• Capacity & Load Planning: Analyze shop-floor capacity, material availability, and machine utilization to optimize electronics manufacturing throughput.
• On-Time Delivery: Partner with Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer lead times and shipping commitments are met.
• ERP Optimization: Utilize M2M Advanced Scheduling tools to manage schedule adjustments, sequence work orders, and minimize bottleneck risks.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead schedule review meetings with operations supervisors and project managers to align daily execution with master plans.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 3+ years of master scheduling or production planning experience in an electronics manufacturing environment (PCBA/OEM/EMS preferred).
• M2M Expertise: Proven hands-on experience using Made2Manage (M2M) ERP (specifically Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling modules).
• Certifications: APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred or strongly desired.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex manufacturing constraints, component lead times, work order flows, and capacity variables.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to coordinate priorities effectively between operations, purchasing, and sales.
