Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to lead master production scheduling across value streams, aligning capacity with demand and inventory targets while driving continuous improvement.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Leadership to translate forecasts into executable plans, provide SAP Super User support, and mentor planning staff in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of planning and/or master scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with SAP and Power BI.
• Ability to read, produce, and analyze operational data and develop planning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute master production schedules aligning capacity with demand and inventory goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Leadership in S&OP processes to harmonize plans.
• Provide SAP Super User support and coaching for planning activities and analytics.
• Communicate schedules and risks to senior leadership and optimize value stream flow.
• Balance MTS, MTO, and ATO while maintaining target fill rates and service performance.
