The role requires hands-on leadership, problem solving, and strong communication to support new product introductions and efficient manufacturing, with a focus on quality, timelines, and inventory targets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a supply chain related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of production planning and inventory management experience.
• APICS CPIM certification or equivalent is highly desired.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP APO and Microsoft applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery to distribution centers.
• Create executable production plans accounting for capacity and lead times.
• Issue production and rework orders and manage outstanding demand.
• Collaborate with internal customers to align priorities and recovery plans.
• Support new product development and smooth transition to volume manufacturing.
• Review ECRs from a supply chain perspective and follow up as needed.
• Manage finished goods inventory at plant level in line with KPIs.
• Improve planning processes and systems to enhance supply and resources coordination.
• Manage Manufactured Inventory Targets in line with AOP objectives.
