Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Master Scheduler to lead end-to-end scheduling for the WMATA account and other NA PMO projects. You will define tasks, durations, dependencies, and critical paths, ensuring adherence to contract requirements and TPS/TPR guidelines.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to provide actionable insights, manage risks, and deliver performance reports to executive leadership. Travel is under 10% with a flexible remote work setup in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on project scheduling across construction and software projects.
• Experience with MS Project and enterprise scheduling tools.
• Strong knowledge of WBS, CPM, and schedule baselines.
• Familiarity with contract requirements and cost performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise project schedules across multiple programs.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
