Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Master Scheduler to drive end-to-end scheduling for WMATA and other North America PMO projects. You will lead development, integration, and performance monitoring of complex schedules in collaboration with customers, subcontractors, and government program offices.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules that comply with CSOW/TPRs, tracking milestones, and delivering schedule analyses and reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on project scheduling experience across construction and software development projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience in project controls, construction management, engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Organize, implement, and maintain an enterprise scheduling management system for all projects.
• Define detailed tasks, durations, logical relationships, dependencies, and critical path networks with stakeholders.
• Generate and monitor schedules to maximize operational effectiveness and meet milestones.
• Prepare weekly schedule performance and monthly cost performance reports for leadership.
