Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Master Scheduler to join the Program Controls team in a role coordinating a diverse aerospace portfolio for DoD, NASA, and commercial clients.

The role emphasizes IMS development, CPM scheduling, EVM alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget program execution. The candidate will work with Project Managers, CAMs, engineers, contracts, and procurement to drive baseline baselines, tracking, and performance reporting, while

Qualifications

• Three+ years scheduling experience in aerospace/defense or similar complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Extensive experience developing and maintaining logic-driven network schedules for complex programs.
• Deep knowledge of CPM, float analysis, and schedule risk assessment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and related Office tools; experience briefing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligned with WBS and contractual deliverables.
• Apply CPM, perform schedule integrity checks, and maintain logical network relationships.
• Integrate schedules with cost and risk systems to enable EVMS where required.
• Establish and maintain schedule baselines; support IBRs and change control.
• Perform schedule performance analysis, variance/float/KPI tracking, and trend assessments.
• Support ETC, EAC, and forecasting with the Program Controls Analyst.
• Tailor scheduling approaches for government and agile commercial programs.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, CAMs, engineers, contracts, procurement, finance, and quality.
• Present schedule data and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and tool integrations across cost, schedule, and risk systems.
