Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment & Environmental (SSE) seeks a Master Planner to provide onsite planning support to the 9th MSC DPW at Fort Shafter Flats, HI. You will perform independent technical reviews, spatial analyses, and non-decisional recommendations for MILCON, real property, stationing, and long-range planning across the AOR.

The role involves coordinating with government stakeholders, preparing planning documents, and traveling within CONUS/OCONUS as required. Contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Ten years of U.S. Army Master Planning experience or five years plus a four-year degree in a related field.
• Experience with MILCON and real property planning processes.
• Proficiency in planning systems: PAX, ASIP, RPLANS.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical reviews and recommendations on MILCON designs and plans.
• Participate in planning charrettes, design reviews, and planning board activities.
• Develop long-range planning documentation beyond six-year POM period.
• Support CIS planning, including documentation in PAX and related analyses.
• Prepare area development plans, feasibility packages, and supporting calculations.
