Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment & Environmental (SSE) seeks a Master Planner to deliver onsite master planning support to the 9th MSC DPW at Fort Shafter Flats, Hawaii.

The Master Planner will conduct independent technical reviews, spatial analyses, planning data, and non-decisional recommendations supporting MILCON, real property, stationing, space management, and long- and short-range planning requirements across the 9th MSC AOR.

Qualifications

• Ten years of U.S. Army Master Planning experience or five years plus a four-year degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Geography, or related discipline.
• At least three years with PAX, ASIP, and RPLANS.
• At least four years of U.S. Army Pacific operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical reviews and recommendations on MILCON project designs, plans, and specifications.
• Participate in planning charrettes, design reviews, and planning board activities.
• Develop and maintain long-range planning documentation and support six-year to long-range planning.
• Support CIS planning, POM analyses, and related reporting.
• Prepare area development plans, stationing packages, and feasibility calculations.
