Facility Master Planner

Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Master Planner to join our team in Oahu, HI.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Coordinates and monitors the development of site plans and infrastructure documentation for building systems.
• Prepares planning artifacts, maintains accurate spatial records, and verifies that all proposed upgrades meet established SOPs and safety requirements.
• Assists in tracking facility capacity metrics and ensures that master plan updates are processed according to organizational timelines.
• Drafts and maintains RMI-related master planning documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific.
• Prepares site survey artifacts for senior-level review and monitors the status of ongoing planning actions at regional mission-support sites.
• Assists in identifying infrastructure gaps and recommends priority site improvements to sustain theater readiness.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to draft technical planning documentation and follow established SOPs.

Preferred qualifications

• 7+ years of position-relevant experience.
• LEED Green Associate or related certification.
• Experience using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and automated asset management tools.

Clearance requirements

• Must hold an active Secret clearance.

Physical requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
