Branch Builds, Inc. is seeking an experienced Master Mechanic in Richmond, VA. As a senior-level technician, you will be responsible for the advanced repair and maintenance of heavy construction equipment, ensuring safety and performance.

Key responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical issues, leading repair projects, and mentoring junior staff. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 8–10 years of experience, with relevant technical certifications being strongly preferred.

This full-time role requires flexible hours and on-call availability for emergencies.

Formación

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in heavy equipment repair.
• 3+ years at a senior or lead mechanic level.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced diagnostics on heavy equipment.
• Conduct major overhauls of mechanical systems.
• Fabricate and machine parts as needed.
