The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in heavy equipment repair and be a mentor for junior mechanics. This full-time position requires flexibility to work 40+ hours a week, including availability for emergencies and travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in heavy equipment repair.
• 3+ years at a senior or lead mechanic level preferred.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics on heavy equipment.
• Lead complex repair projects and coordinate with field crews.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs.
