Mountain West Heat Pumps is seeking a Master Electrician to service multifamily and residential customers. You will hold the Colorado Master Electrician license and lead installation teams, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of jobs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master Electrician license for Colorado and be a high school graduate.
• At least five years of electrician experience in service or commercial installation.
• Strong reading and communication skills for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Must have a Colorado driver's license and ability to operate fleet vehicles.
• Ability to work in extreme weather and under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary electrical license holder for Mountain West Heat Pumps.
• Assist Director of Operations in planning, organizing, and motivating resources.
• Lead ad hoc installation teams to complete jobs timely and profitably.
• Perform advanced installation tasks without assistance.
• Train staff on installation-related subjects and call-back prevention.
• Conduct quality control inspections of installations.
• Propose additional electrical services at point-of-work.
• Support company objectives with non-installation license work.
• Perform duties as directed by the Director of Operations.
