Opportunity Interactive is seeking a skilled Master Electrician to join our residential service team in Marlboro, MA. You will supervise technicians, diagnose and repair residential electrical systems, and ensure code-compliant installations while delivering quality customer service.

This role requires a current Master Electrician license, leadership experience, and ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Qualifications

• Current Master Electrician license.
• Experience leading a team of technicians.
• Experience with HVAC systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.
• Availability for after-hours on-call rotation.

Master Electrician

We're looking for a Master Electrician to join a growing residential service team. If you take pride in quality work, communicate well with customers, and enjoy helping other technicians succeed, we'd like to hear from you.

Pay: $50–$60 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities and a stipend for your Master Electrician license.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and components.
• Inspect work for safety, proper installation, and code compliance.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and explain recommended solutions to customers.
