Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC install experience (multi-family a plus).
• EPA Certification (or willing to get it immediately).
• Solid understanding of electrical, gas, and refrigerant systems.
• Valid driver’s license + clean record.
• Ability to work independently and lead when needed.

Responsibilities

• Installing HVAC systems in multi-family and light commercial environments.
• Running install jobs start to finish.
• Documenting installs with photos and clean closeout notes.
• Driving to job sites across Colorado.
