Job summary

M And M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking a Licensed Master Electrician for field-based residential electrical work across Colorado. You will perform installations, repairs, and upgrades, including EV chargers and HVAC-related wiring, while ensuring safety and code compliance.

The role requires an active Colorado Master Electrician license, at least 5 years of licensed experience, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Master Electrician License is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician.
• Residential electrical experience required; NEC and Colorado codes knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and upgrades, including panels, service changes, rewiring, and EV chargers.
• Complete electrical work associated with HVAC installations, including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, thermostats, and zoning systems.
• Install conduit, MC cabling, motor starters, control devices, and other electrical components.
• Work with 480/277V and 240/208/120V systems.
• Read blueprints and electrical diagrams and apply NEC and Colorado electrical codes.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and equipment.
• Procure materials needed to complete assigned projects.
• Mentor and oversee apprentice and journeyman electricians as needed.
• Partner with dispatch, service, and installation teams to complete jobs efficiently.
• Provide professional, 5-star service and build trust with homeowners.
