Qualifications

• High school graduate and Colorado Master Electrician License.
• Five or more years of electrician experience, service or commercial installation.
• Strong oral and reading skills for technical instructions and customer communication.
• Physical ability to perform duties under Colorado conditions.
• Proactive in maintaining electrical skills and pursuing professional development.
• Willingness to train in point-of-service sales techniques.
• Colorado driver's license and insurability for corporate fleet use.
• Ability to work under time pressures, non-standard schedules, and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary electrical license holder for Mountain West Heat Pumps.
• Assist Director of Operations in planning, organizing, and staffing for department goals.
• Lead ad hoc installation teams to complete jobs efficiently and profitably.
• Perform specialized or complex installation activities without assistance as required.
• Train Installation Department staff on installation protocols and call-back prevention.
• Conduct quality control inspections and monitor progress of new installers.
• Engage in point-of-work sales of additional electrical services for customers.
• Perform non-installation, license-level work to support company objectives.
• Carry out related duties as directed by the Director of Operations.
