ProAmpac is seeking a Senior Master Data Steward to own master data across customer, vendor, material/product, and finance domains from a remote US location. You will partner with business leaders and IT to establish standards, processes, and controls ensuring accurate, consistent data.

You will support ERP transformations, M&A integrations, and the ongoing evolution of the enterprise data governance program while mentoring junior data stewards and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualificações

• 7+ years in master data management, data stewardship, or governance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or MS Dynamics).
• Experience with MDM/gov platforms (SAP MDG, Informatica, Stibo STEP, Reltio, Profisee, Collibra).
• Strong SQL and Excel for data analysis, profiling, and validation.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and data quality dimensions.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of master data domains (creation, enrichment, maintenance, retirement).
• Establish and maintain data standards, definitions, naming conventions, and business rules.
• Monitor data quality with KPIs/dashboards; lead corrective actions.
• Lead data cleansing, deduplication, and harmonization for enterprise projects and migrations.
• Serve as SME for MDM tools, processes, and workflows.
• Partner with IT to improve automation, validation, and approvals.
• Maintain business glossary, data dictionary, and data lineage docs.
• Support SOX, GDPR, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor junior data stewards and educate stakeholders on governance best practices.
• Participate in enterprise governance activities to improve data quality and outcomes.
