Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join its Fargo, ND office. The attorney will manage drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation, with opportunities for leadership in coordinated proceedings.

Responsibilities include developing litigation strategy, supervising paralegals, and guiding complex mass tort matters through MDL processes, while maintaining high ethical standards and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Ability to mentor and supervise others preferred.
• Proficiency with litigation technology and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Manage discovery and case management schedules.
• Support trial preparation and coordination of MDL/counted proceedings.
• Direct paralegals and case managers on tasks.
• Assess venue and jurisdiction for filings.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
